1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 0kzz platform and all its services. By accessing or using the 0kzz website, mobile version, or any related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Where these Terms are available in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version will apply to Bangladeshi users for the purposes of interpretation.

In these Terms, "we", "our", or "0kzz" refers to the entity operating this platform. "You" or "user" refers to any registered or unregistered visitor.

2. Account Registration

Creating a personal account is required to access the full range of services on 0kzz. You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may hold only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• The name, phone number, and payment details provided at registration must be real and accurate.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account.
• Your account password must not be shared with any third party.

2.2 Updating Your Information

If any of your personal details change, notify the 0kzz support team immediately. 0kzz will not be responsible for delays in withdrawals or account suspension resulting from outdated or incorrect information.

3. Age Verification

You must be at least 21 years old to participate on 0kzz. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may request valid proof of age at any time.

4. Account Verification and Security

0kzz follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to maintain a secure platform. We may request the following documents before processing a withdrawal request or for security purposes:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of your payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number verification).

4.1 Account Security

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

0kzz accepts deposits through popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Currently supported methods:

• Rocket — Minimum deposit: ৳300

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• The withdrawal account must be registered in the depositor's own name.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not complete.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until bonus wagering requirements are met.

5.3 Withdrawal Cancellation and Forfeiture

0kzz reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal request if evidence of fraud, rule violations, or unusual activity is found.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• The total of the bonus amount and the original deposit must be wagered 15 times (15x).
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

6.2 Other Promotions

0kzz offers various promotional offers from time to time. Specific terms and conditions apply to each offer individually. Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.

6.3 VIP Rewards Program

The 0kzz VIP program has four tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

Progress through VIP tiers depends on your overall activity and regular participation on the platform. 0kzz reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on 0kzz are powered by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system to ensure fair play. All game outcomes are entirely random and are not influenced by previous results.

7.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and are displayed before the game begins. 0kzz reserves the right to change these limits without notice.

7.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to server failure, loss of internet connection, or a technical issue, 0kzz may, at its own discretion, decide to refund the bet for that round or restart the game.

7.4 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, and other sports. In the event of a match cancellation, postponement, or change in result, 0kzz's decision will be considered final.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 0kzz will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Any losses caused by your internet connection being disrupted.
• Losses resulting from the negligent disclosure of your own account information.
• Any delays or technical issues caused by third parties.
• Missed opportunities due to unexpected server maintenance or downtime.
• Matters relating to the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction.

0kzz's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the value of the transaction giving rise to the dispute.

13.1 Closure by 0kzz

0kzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide KYC verification documents.
• Regulatory or legal obligations.
• Self-exclusion request as part of responsible gaming policy.

13.2 Closure by User

You may request closure of your account at any time via our live chat. All pending withdrawals must be completed and any applicable wagering requirements must be met before the account is closed.
